It’s complete and now in my sons use

This is my third attempt at a ‘Comfort Cruiser’ and is the first one that has an adjustable seat.

The wheel base of the trike is approx. 38 inches and the width of the front wheels is 34 inches. It uses another Shimino SIS rear derailer.

The seat cover is fabricated from flexible duct hanger material woven and sewed at the edges and tied with parachute cord in the back.

The steering is set up directly on the forks themselves . I decided to try another direct steering setup like on CC number #1.

Braking is supplied by 2 caliper type brakes on the rear rim. This would probably not be enough brakes if there where alot of hills but here in Wilmington, N.C. most of the area is reasonably flat and I have had no problems stopping during testing.

The rims and wheels are standard inexpensive large-mart type bike rims and are 20 inch front and 26 inch rear.
